Hey 👋 I’m Kirsty.
I have been in the fitness industry for almost 14 years, and loved every moment. I have many years experience of Personal Training, mentoring, mindset coaching (in all areas of life not just fitness) as well as teaching a variety of classes.
My personal physical passions are running and multi-sport events.
I love to give myself frequent goals or challenges, to keep my focus and motivation high and to feel I am aiming for something, whether that’s a small goal or challenge or big one! I recently qualified for Team GB in Aquathlon (Swim / Run).
I love working with my clients to achieve their own personal goals, which have ranged from simply losing a little weight for the beach to a complete package of nutrition plans, mindset coaching, and hundreds of various goals and targets whether they are simply starting out on their fitness journey and need a helping hand to their first 5k, marathon, triathlon or wanting to improve their swimming.
My client base is just as diverse. Everyone has their own goals and I’m here to help you with yours. I love teaching group fitness classes, which are a fabulous add on to your PT sessions.
I really enjoy understanding my clients, their goals and aspirations, and how they think, learning how to challenge, motivate and inspire them in a way that is best for them on their personal journey, and that they have the very best experience they can.
This is a high energy full body workout for any ability. We use a step, some dumbbells and body weight to create an energetic and fun workout. All you will need are some weights and a mat. I’ll provide the step!
I have over 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and hold professional qualifications in:
- British Triathlon Coach Level 2
- Personal Training and Gym Instruction Level 3
- Various group exercise classes including: HIIT, Circuits, Kettlebells, Boxing style classes and spinning
Aside from actually getting sweaty. I am a Performance Coach Master Practitioner and qualified in hypnotherapy, and I very much enjoy working with clients and their mindset around food, weight loss, anxiety and stress.
Nutrition is a hugely important part of any lifestyle and I have worked hard to support my clients to achieve their own goals. I work hard with clients to really go into detail about the best nutrition plan for their lifestyle and goal.
I’m very much looking forward to helping you in any way I can and to join you and help to navigate your journey and offer you the best way to execute your goal.
