My range of online fitness packages have been carefully created give you the training you need. Every two weeks you will receive your latest training videos, and FREE bonus video! You will also receive hints, tips and tricks, delicious recipes and expert guides on technique and fitness trends to help you on your journey.

My online training packages allow you to structure your training around your life.

You can access these fitness sessions at any time with the ability to track and monitor your sessions and performance. The mix of high intensity intervals and resistance training means every workout is effective and intense, giving you a complete and total body workout.

Benefits of HIIT Training:

Hiit (High Intensity Interval Training) – here we use body weight exercises which involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods. Workouts are 30 minutes, which produces health benefits that would take hours of moderate-intensity exercise to achieve. HIIT is a great way to work out as you can push yourself knowing there is a recovery coming soon. 

  • A whole body workout.
  • Regularly getting you into your Zone 3 heart rate.
  • Burns a high amount of calories in a short amount of time.
  • HIIT has been shown to shift the body’s metabolism to burning fat rather than carbohydrates.
  • The after burn effect – your metabolic rate is higher for hours after the exercise.

Benefits of weight training

Dumbbell workouts are an awesome way to build additional strength and complement the HIIT sessions. A dumbbell based class works on strengthening & toning the whole body. We use a series of isolation and combination movements to work every muscle group!! Simply choose your weights and join in! Plate weights or dumbbells can be used.

Abs training

Abs workouts are shorter and core specific. Having a strong core will help you in all other aspects of your training by promoting better posture and technique. For example, improved balance for plyometric exercises, a better posture for running, and a better position in the water for swimming.

Mindset Coaching/mentoring

This is where we can look into your mindset and beliefs around your goals/ motivation/ set new goals in a FREE 15 minute consultation. We can explore and work through any mental blocks you may have around:

Personalised Programme/PT

Got a goal? Need assistance to structure your training? After a FREE 15 minute consultation we can meet to discuss your training programme to get you to your goal, whether that is a race or a personal goal or achievement that you are aiming for. 

For the more competitive I can write you a periodised programme to suit your lifestyle and fitness racing requirements. Your package will include exercises with sets, reps and demonstrations of the exercises to ensure you have correct form.
